CARRIAGE CHARGES
Free delivery to addresses in and around Wendover, Stoke Mandeville and Aylesbury;
otherwise postage and packing to UK addresses to be charged for paperbacks is £0.75 for the first paperback, £1.00 for two paperbacks, therafter an extra 50p for each additional paperback; postage and packing for hardbacks is £1.75 for the first hardback, £2.85 for two hardbacks, thereafter an extra 60p for each additional hardback; postage to overseas addresses to be charged at cost - we will advise you of this before we accept payment. All parcels to home addresses will be sent by Parcelforce with certificates of posting; delivery to business addresses will be by Securicor.

example :- 2 hardbacks and 3 paperbacks = £2.85 (2 hardbacks) + £1.50 (3 paperbacks)

= £4.35 total postage costs.

RETURN OF GOODS
Books not up to expectation can be returned within three working days of receipt; we would expext you to notify us of goods to be returned, and the method of despatch; at all times certificates of posting are required for proof of return. The cost of the book(s) ONLY will be credited or refunded; all postage charges are the customer's responsibility.
